acpi-status.sh A simple script to add information about the batterystate to your shellprompt using the ACPI-subsystem under the proc-filesystem.
The output will be look similar to this:

wolf@linux:~$ export PS1='($(/usr/bin/acpi-status.sh)) '$PS1
(100% P) wolf@linux:~$ _

The characters after the percentage mean:
P- Power (AC-Connector plugged in)
C- Charging
D- Discharging

This script is only usefull on systems having a battery, like Laptops.
acpi-status.c Almost the same as above but no colors supported and it's quite faster because is't written in C ;)
